The warranty, before the tear-off
Twenty-five years on our workmanship, printed and in your hand before a single shingle comes off the truck — not mailed after, not "on file."
One line-item price
Shingle line, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, permits, haul-away, and a per-sheet rate for decking. A surprise under the old roof moves the number by an amount you already agreed to.
Certificates on request
General liability and workers’ comp, current and in your inbox the day you ask. Call the agent on them. We would.
